This is the planet Earth. We are the species Homosapiens. This kingdom encompasses and co-exists with the legitimate egalitarian universally representative democratic government of the United States of America, and all legitimate egalitarian universally representative democratic governments by any name, of all sizes, scopes and populations, private, public, corporate, institutional, scientific, cultural, industrial and all.

HUMAN RIGHTS
The right to life, to live and not to be killed by insane people who happen upon executive and effective powers of government, institutions, corporations and industry, the right to exercise conscionable liberties, those that cause no harm or death, the right to freedom of speech, expression, religion, belief, philosophy, theories and postulations that neither advocate nor violate human rights nor cause harm or death, the right to social and economic intercourse requisite to a good life, full employment, full pay and full benefits, and fair prices, the right to a good home and not to be compelled to live in the street, the right to freedom from slavery, by any name extorted labor, labor for inequitable, low or no wages, or temporary, part-time and no benefits, and freedom from the compulsions of religious and other un-economic anti-social philosophy of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, the right not to be impoverished, dispossessed, re-located, contained, isolated, compelled or brutalized, and the right to equal representation and participation in governmental, institutional, corporate and industrial determinations, regulations and implementations. These are some human rights. Anything that does not cause harm or death is a human right.

There exists a STATE OF EMERGENCY.
The uneconomic and antisocial conditions, philosophies, ideas, and actions having arrived to our society at this time pose imminent threat to the existence of the legitimate egalitarian universally representative democratic government, to the viability of the society, its ability to exist and to continue to exist, its universal peace, its universal goodwill and cooperation among the people, and its universal economy as well as to all life in this only known biosphere. :

There exists ever-growing disparity between the ever-growing wealth of the titled and certified professionals of the families of professionals, a ten percent minority population, fraternity or class, related to one another as were the Royals and Aristocrats, an exclusive cartel or clan, who have monopolized the executive and effective positions and powers of the public and private institutions, corporations, industrial enterprises, universities, churches, synagogues and mosques (PhD's in families of PhD's, doctor in families of doctors, lawyers and judges in families of lawyers and judges, and other executive professionals in families of like-titled executive professionals) - and the disproportionate and diminishing wealth and ever-decreasing purchasing-power of the common majority population, a disparity that is causing ever-growing poverty, homelessness, long and great suffering, early deaths, generalized society-wide desperation, violence, brutality, crime, stealing, robbing, rape, murder, kidnap, torture, institutional violations of human rights, brutality, false accusation, perjury (false witness), false evidence, malicious prosecution, incarceration, institutionalization, human sacrifice, summary and conspiratorial ritual human sacrifice (executions), rendering void and destroying the legitimate egalitarian universally representative democratic government and the natural viability of the society, its peace, goodwill and cooperation among the people and its requisite and inalienable natural universal economy.

All royal titles, all institutional corporate industrial titles, all certificates of universities, schools, corporations, institutions, industries, fraternities and any other entities, all titles and certificates of supposed social rank and degrees of rank and entitlement to superior social or economic rights, to superior salaries, payments, bonuses and benefits, and to superior freedoms, are declared void, offensive and destructive to the legitimate egalitarian universally representative democratic government and to the viability of the society, its peace, its goodwill and cooperation among the people, and its universal economy, the requisites inalienable to its existence.

All rules and regulations, the implementation which would violate any human right, that would cause poverty, suffering or death, are void, illegitimate, illegal, and implementation of such rules or regulations is capital crime meriting the capital punishment*.

*The legitimate capital punishment that legitimate government may impose is bonding of the capital criminal and the family of the capital criminal by signed contract. Legitimate government does not kill, cause harm or violate human rights.

The use of governmental institutional corporate industrial power or position to implement elitist inequity, to violate law, to violate human rights, to exclude anyone from the economy, to cause poverty, to cause homelessness, or to cause suffering or death, is a capital crime, sedition, a more effective destroyer of nations than treason or military invasion, undermining from within to destroy the legitimate government, the viability of the society, peace, goodwill and cooperation among the people, universal economy, and human lives, and it, the capital crime of sedition, merits not rewards, promotions, unconscionable liberties, or honors, but it merits capital punishment*. All persons legitimately holding governmental, institutional, military, corporate and industrial positions are obligated to refuse to obey illegitimate orders, those that violate human rights, those that cause harm or death. "Following Orders" and "Ignorance of the Law" are no mitigations of the consequences for using governmental institutional corporate industrial power or position to violate human rights or law. All persons having used governmental institutional corporate industrial power or position to violate law or human rights are forbidden to hold governmental institutional corporate industrial power or position, and are commanded to vacate those premises, surrender those powers, immediately to engage legal contract of bonding of themselves and their families, and to permit common people, with common sense, who will honor law and human rights, to regulate legitimately those positions and powers to establish and to re-establish and to maintain legitimate government, viable society, peace, goodwill and universal economy. You are warned that violent opposition to this royal command might result in usurpation of government by insane criminal persons who in stead of bonding by contract might resort to poisoned needles, electric chairs, gas chambers, bullets, ropes, crucifixions, burning, drowning, choking, stoning, beating and other criminally illegal historical human sacrifice, as such do and have done before.

The accumulated wealth of millionaires and other rich professionals in the United States of America is found to be ill gotten gain, derived from conspiratorial monopoly and conspiratorial implementation of the philosophy of elitism, inequity, exclusion and human sacrifice, of the antisocial uneconomic Protocols of Capital and Greenspan-Rand Theories of Capitalist Economy, which monopolies and implementations have caused immeasurable poverty, long and great sufferings and early death. All executive salaries and benefits exceeding a combined total of $50,000.00 per year are voided. All profits and dividends are voided. Rules and procedures of seizures of homes and personal possessions are void, illegal, illegitimate. The mode income of all citizens, guaranteed by the national treasury, is $50,000.00 (negotiable). The maximum wealth in money or possessions that any individual may legitimately own is set at $1,000,000.00.
